Contentful is seeking an Italian-speaking Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth across EMEA. You'll manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong sales skills and a consultative approach.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in new business development, with experience in managing the end-to-end sales process. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Italian and English allows you to engage with diverse stakeholders, including technology and business leaders. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives. You are data-driven and can formulate strategic account plans that align with business goals. Your consultative sales approach enables you to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions that drive value.
Experience in the digital experience or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC. You are comfortable conducting research and identifying key decision-makers within target accounts. Your ability to maintain relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor sets you apart in the sales landscape.
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Contentful, you will spearhead the sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on generating new revenue from new logos. You will collaborate with the Business Development, Partnerships, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams to drive strategic pipeline generation initiatives. Your role will involve formulating and executing strategic account plans, managing a robust sales pipeline, and guiding both internal and customer buying processes. You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive sales reporting and expanding your market and competitive knowledge to inform your strategies.
You will conduct thorough research to identify key players within your dedicated list of accounts and qualify inbound leads to establish new business relationships. Your consultative approach will help you uncover the digital experience challenges faced by prospects, allowing you to align Contentful's ROI with their needs. You will oversee RFI/RFQ requests, ensuring that all proposals are aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.
