Viseven is seeking a Portfolio Customer Success Manager who will drive client success with their SaaS platform eWizard. This role requires strong communication skills in Japanese and Korean, along with a focus on customer satisfaction and adoption.
You have experience in customer success management, ideally within the SaaS industry, and understand the importance of driving customer satisfaction and long-term value. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and Korean allows you to build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs. You are a trusted advisor who can guide clients through the adoption of new technologies and services, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investments.
You are proactive and detail-oriented, with a knack for identifying potential issues before they escalate. Your analytical skills enable you to assess customer health and engagement metrics, allowing you to tailor your approach to each client's specific situation. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the specific challenges and requirements of our clients. As a Portfolio Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they successfully adopt our eWizard platform. You will conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and engagement, providing hands-on support and guidance as needed. Your role will involve developing tailored success plans for each client, outlining key milestones and objectives to achieve their desired outcomes.
