Flex is seeking a Growth Marketer to drive business growth through optimized lifecycle marketing strategies. You'll oversee multi-channel campaigns and enhance customer engagement using data-driven insights. This role requires experience in transactional communications and marketing analytics.
You have a strong background in lifecycle marketing, with at least 3-5 years of experience in optimizing customer journeys and transactional communications. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a knack for analyzing customer behavior to enhance engagement and retention. Your experience includes managing multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, and SMS, ensuring that messaging aligns with customer needs and product updates. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction through effective communication strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You are passionate about using your marketing expertise to empower users and drive business growth.
Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory compliance in marketing communications. You may also have experience with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, which will help you streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
In this role, you will take ownership of product-led messaging throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on payment confirmations, reminders, and status updates. You will design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with segmented user journeys, driving engagement and improving retention rates. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you monitor campaign performance, using data to optimize messaging and strategies continuously. You will collaborate with various teams to align marketing efforts with product updates and customer feedback, ensuring that all communications are clear, compliant, and effective. You will also be responsible for developing insights from customer data to inform future marketing strategies and enhance the overall user experience. Your role will be pivotal in shaping how customers interact with Flex, making their rent payment experience as seamless and flexible as possible.
