Overview

Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics. You'll coach business clients and drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design and effectiveness. This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills.

You have extensive experience in human resources, particularly in a business partner role, where you've successfully collaborated with executive leaders to drive organizational effectiveness. Your ability to interpret business goals and recommend innovative talent solutions sets you apart. You are skilled in coaching and mentoring at the executive level, helping leaders navigate complex organizational challenges. You possess a genuine curiosity about business priorities and a knack for translating them into impactful HR strategies. Your expertise in organizational design and change management enables you to lead initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and the ability to write strategic narratives that influence business outcomes will be beneficial in this role.
