In this role, you will work closely with the Developer Productivity and Release Engineering teams to create tools and frameworks that enhance the developer experience — your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering teams at Benchling. You will be responsible for understanding the unique challenges developers face and crafting solutions that streamline their workflows.

You will lead initiatives aimed at improving the Path to Production — your technical leadership will guide the development of scalable and effective infrastructure that supports the rapid pace of innovation in biotechnology. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the tools and frameworks you develop meet the needs of internal engineers.

Your success in this role will enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently — you will play a key role in driving innovation and fulfilling Benchling’s mission to unlock the power of biotechnology.
