You have a background in technical support and client engagement, ideally with experience in troubleshooting technical, product, and integration issues. You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy strategizing with both internal and external stakeholders to implement improvements. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with Client Success Managers, Implementation Managers, and other teams to ensure optimal client experiences. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can manage multiple projects simultaneously and are comfortable working outside of normal business hours when necessary.
As a Technical Engagement Analyst at DailyPay, you will focus on providing technical support to client-facing teams and optimizing data exchanges for existing clients. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance client setups and improve operational efficiency.
