Who you are

You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of sales operations and have a proven track record of implementing scalable processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness within a sales organization. Your analytical skills allow you to derive insights from data, enabling you to make informed decisions that support business growth.

You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. You enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and drive strategic initiatives. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.

You are detail-oriented and possess strong project management skills. You can manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results. Your ability to think critically and solve problems creatively sets you apart, as you continuously seek ways to improve processes and drive operational excellence.

Desirable

What you'll do

As the GTM Strategy & Operations Manager at Anrok, you will own the core operations for our sales organization, focusing on compensation planning, territory design, and process optimization. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the effectiveness of our Account Executives. Your role will involve analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that our sales team is equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

You will also play a key role in laying the operational foundations for our growing functions, such as Partnerships and Sales Development. This includes collaborating with these teams to design processes that support their unique needs while aligning with the overall sales strategy.
