What you'll do

As a Senior Security & Compliance Specialist at Ridgeline, you will work closely with leaders in Security, Engineering, Legal, and People Operations to develop and maintain the security and compliance programs that support our expanding platform. You will be responsible for creating and implementing controls and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that compliance objectives are met and that the organization is prepared for audits and assessments.

You will lead initiatives to enhance the company's compliance posture, including developing training and awareness programs that educate employees on security and compliance best practices. You will leverage modern tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve operational resilience, ensuring that documentation and workflows are efficient and effective.

In this role, you will also be involved in monitoring and assessing compliance risks, providing guidance on regulatory changes, and supporting the organization in adapting to new requirements. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of compliance and security, encouraging team members to prioritize these values in their daily work.
