What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process for loan payoffs and mortgage release satisfactions. You will perform loan payoff calculations in accordance with loan documents and investor directives, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will prepare and process release documents while conducting detailed document research. Your responsibilities will include liaising with various stakeholders, including borrowers, lenders, and legal teams, to ensure all processes are completed efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining strict compliance with county, state, investor, and company requirements, contributing to the overall success of Berkadia's loan servicing platform.
