Google is seeking a Product GTM StratOps Manager for YouTube to design go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption. You'll leverage skills in project management and data analysis, particularly with SQL. This role requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years in management consulting, investment banking, or business strategy and operations. Your experience includes spreadsheet modeling for agreement structures and scenario forecasting, and you are proficient in SQL. You excel in presentation skills, owning content outlines, creating slides, and delivering data visualizations to executive audiences. You have a strong understanding of the YouTube ecosystem, including its viewers, creators, advertisers, and products. Your problem-solving and investigative skills are top-notch, complemented by effective business acumen. You communicate excellently, synthesizing user feedback into actionable insights for product development while translating complex offerings for users. Your strategic thinking, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination skills make you a valuable asset in any team.
In this role, you will be part of the YouTube Business Product Activation Team, responsible for bringing products to market and scaling their adoption across the partner and creator ecosystem. You will design go-to-market strategies, identify and prioritize product features, and manage projects across multiple functions and product areas. Achieving operational excellence will be a key focus, as you will set and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), drive annual business planning, and manage key programs. You will collaborate closely with global and regional Business and Product Management teams to deliver business outcomes and product adoption goals. Leading cross-functional projects under tight deadlines in a change-oriented environment will be part of your daily responsibilities, ensuring that you effectively manage resources and timelines to meet strategic objectives.
