Brex is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to manage a growing customer base and ensure they unlock the full value of Brex’s solutions. This role involves working closely with finance teams and requires strong relationship-building skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or finance environment. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients, particularly finance teams, is key to your success. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to helping clients achieve their goals with Brex's solutions. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are skilled at communicating complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. You are adaptable and can manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring that all clients receive the attention they deserve.
Experience in the fintech industry or with corporate spend management solutions would be a plus. Familiarity with financial software and tools can enhance your ability to support clients effectively. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial, as it equips you with the skills to identify new opportunities within your existing accounts.
As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at Brex, you will own a book of business that includes a diverse range of clients, from startups to established enterprises. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these clients are maximizing the value of Brex's offerings, including corporate cards, banking, and expense management solutions. You will engage with finance teams, from CFOs to Accounting Managers, to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored support and guidance. You will conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to address client feedback and drive product enhancements. You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for success from day one. Additionally, you will track client engagement metrics and report on the health of your accounts, using data to inform your strategies and actions.
