DoorDash is hiring a US Immigration Program Manager to oversee their high-volume immigration program. You'll work closely with employees and vendors to ensure compliance and improve processes. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in immigration management.
You have a strong background in managing immigration programs, ideally with experience in US immigration processes. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively guide employees and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You are proactive in identifying areas for process improvement and have a knack for data accuracy and compliance tracking. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a global team.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the US immigration program, managing day-to-day immigration cases such as work visas and green cards. You will act as the first point of contact for employees, providing clear guidance on immigration processes, policies, and timelines. You will work closely with employees, managers, and vendors to ensure timely and compliant processes. Additionally, you will contribute to improving how the company tracks and reports immigration support across the business, ensuring scalability and compliance.
