Rubrik is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive bookings growth in new and existing strategic accounts in the Ohio Valley region. You'll focus on acquiring new logos and managing pipeline while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a relentless self-starter with a strong sales background.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth and manage strategic accounts effectively. You are a relentless self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and is focused on acquiring new logos while also expanding existing customer relationships. Your strong communication skills allow you to present solutions effectively and build trust with clients. You understand the importance of collaboration and work well with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Channel Partners, to achieve sales quotas. You are data-driven and can analyze sales metrics to refine your strategies and improve performance. You are passionate about technology and understand the impact of cyber resilience on businesses today.
In this role, you will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, focusing on meeting and exceeding your sales quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities. You will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that you move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process efficiently. You will identify and close new opportunities for growth, working with a mix of mid-enterprise accounts and leveraging your expertise to present Rubrik's solutions effectively. You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, and Channel Development teams to drive pipeline generation daily. Your role will also involve encouraging existing customer expansion, ensuring that you maintain strong relationships and identify upsell opportunities. You will be responsible for reporting on your sales activities and outcomes, providing insights that will help shape future sales strategies and initiatives.
