Koalafi is seeking a Technical Lead to drive the technical direction and execution of systems that enhance the merchant experience. You'll work with Java and React to modernize legacy systems and build scalable services. This role requires hands-on leadership and technical expertise.
You have a strong background in software engineering with at least 5 years of experience leading technical teams. Your expertise in Java and React allows you to architect and build modern systems that meet business needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, guiding engineers through design and delivery while remaining hands-on in the codebase. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work closely with product, risk, and operations teams. You are passionate about mentoring others and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team. You understand the importance of delivering high-quality software and are committed to driving technical excellence.
As the Technical Lead for the Merchant Team, you will define and execute the technical roadmap for merchant services and APIs.
