N26 is seeking a Banking Operations Associate to lead initiatives in operational readiness and governance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and efficiency. This role requires experience in banking operations and strong project management skills.
You have experience in banking operations, service delivery, or a related function with exposure to governance, risk, and readiness. Your strong organizational and project management skills enable you to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. A professional banking education or background is essential for this role, as it equips you with the necessary knowledge to navigate the complexities of banking operations.

In this role, you will oversee readiness, governance, and process improvements across Banking Operations. You will drive and support governance activities by monitoring adherence to processes, regulatory requirements, and risk controls. Working closely with Banking Operations leadership, you will define and track key metrics and OKRs that shape operational success.
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Compliance, and Outsourcing Partners, to ensure smooth execution and alignment of operational initiatives. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you assist operational teams with incident analysis and implement workarounds to manage current and future risks effectively.
Continuously identifying opportunities to streamline processes and standardize workflows will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will drive automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the Banking Operations group.
