Finance and Accounting Manager

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and bring over 5 years of experience in accounting, including supervisory responsibilities. Your strong knowledge of IFRS standards and modern accounting software enables you to deliver high-quality results within tight timeframes. You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and your fluency in English allows you to communicate effectively in a remote-first environment. An audit background, particularly with a Big 4 firm, is a nice-to-have, as is experience with crypto/Web3 accounting, including token economics and foundation structures. Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are also preferred.

What you'll do

As the Finance and Accounting Manager, you will manage and supervise daily accounting operations across the organization. You will prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including those specific to crypto and foundation accounting considerations. You will provide accounting support to internal stakeholders across business development, operations, and ecosystem teams, facilitating cross-departmental financial collaboration in a fully remote environment.
