Your expertise allows you to navigate complex data environments and become the go-to expert within Internal Audit. You are skilled at connecting information from multiple domains and translating it into clear insights that inform the audit agenda. You thrive in environments where you can identify patterns, outliers, and emerging risks using data, transforming these findings into actionable recommendations. You understand the importance of regulatory compliance and are adept at managing the risks associated with financial products as they grow within the company.

You possess excellent analytical skills and are comfortable working with large-scale, distributed data sources. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths. You are proactive in your approach to continuous auditing and predictive risk monitoring, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals and drive the success of the audit function.

Desirable

Experience in a digital financial platform or a similar environment would be a plus. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the financial sector is also desirable. What you'll do

In this role, you will primarily focus on conducting audits within the Internal Audit team. You will be responsible for identifying and assessing risks associated with financial products and operations. Your work will involve analyzing data to uncover insights that will guide the audit agenda and inform decision-making processes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that audits are thorough and that findings are communicated effectively. As products continue to evolve, you will play a crucial role in adapting audit strategies to address new regulatory risks and challenges.

You will also contribute to strengthening continuous auditing practices within the organization. This includes developing methodologies for predictive risk monitoring and identifying opportunities for improvement in audit processes. Your insights will help shape the audit agenda and ensure that the organization remains compliant with regulatory requirements. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in auditing and risk management, applying this knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of the audit function.
