DoorDash USA is hiring a QA Manager to oversee Quality Assurance functions and ensure compliance with FAA regulations. You'll lead a team and develop standard operating procedures while enhancing drone delivery capabilities.
You have extensive experience in Quality Assurance management, particularly in aviation or related fields, with a strong understanding of FAA Part 135 regulations. Your background includes leading teams and ensuring compliance with safety protocols, making you well-equipped to oversee all Quality Assurance functions at DoorDash. You are skilled in developing and implementing standard operating procedures and have a thorough knowledge of aviation safety standards. Your analytical skills allow you to identify trends and develop corrective actions to improve overall quality and operational efficiency.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally to enhance drone delivery capabilities. Your experience includes conducting internal audits and inspections, ensuring that all operations and maintenance processes adhere to regulatory requirements. You are detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential compliance issues, ensuring that the company maintains operational readiness and safety standards.
Experience with writing and revising General Maintenance Manuals and Training Manuals is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies will help you in identifying trends and implementing improvements effectively.
As the QA Manager at DoorDash, you will oversee all Quality Assurance functions, ensuring compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations. You will lead a team of auditors and maintenance personnel, developing and implementing standard operating procedures that align with company safety protocols. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to scale and enhance our drone delivery capabilities, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
You will chair the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) board, conducting and managing internal audits and inspections of aircraft and maintenance facilities. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to identify trends and developing corrective actions to improve overall quality and safety. You will work closely with the Head of Drone Maintenance to ensure the accuracy of aircraft maintenance documentation and the continued airworthiness of company aircraft.
Your position will require you to maintain aircraft operational readiness while ensuring adherence to Part 135 requirements. You will be responsible for identifying non-compliance issues and implementing solutions to address them. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of safety and compliance within the organization.
