What you'll do

As a Staff Engineer on the GitLab Operate team, you will take the lead in defining the technical direction for GitLab's self-managed deployment strategy — your role will involve designing and implementing solutions that allow customers to deploy, upgrade, and run GitLab seamlessly in their own infrastructure.
