Litify is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support commercial operations and general corporate legal needs. You'll manage the lifecycle of commercial contracts and provide legal guidance across the organization. This role requires 1-5 years of relevant legal experience.

Your experience includes managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, and you are comfortable providing legal guidance across various departments. In this role, you will report to the VP of Legal and play a crucial part in managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts. You will provide legal guidance to various teams within the organization, ensuring compliance with legal standards and best practices. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as advising on legal risks and implications of business decisions. You will collaborate closely with other departments to support their legal needs and help them navigate complex legal issues.
