Equip Health is seeking a Team Lead in Analytics to oversee the development of reporting and analyses that impact clinical departments. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.

You have a strong background in analytics and data management, with experience leading teams to deliver impactful insights. Your ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, ensuring that data drives decision-making across the organization. You are passionate about using data to improve clinical outcomes and have a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in your work environment. You thrive in a fully remote setting and are adept at managing projects and teams across various time zones.

Desirable

Experience in healthcare analytics or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with clinical operations. You are comfortable with various data visualization tools and have a knack for translating data into actionable strategies. A background in statistical analysis or data science would enhance your ability to lead the analytics team effectively.

What you'll do

As the Team Lead for Analytics at Equip Health, you will oversee the development of reporting and analyses that support our clinical departments, including Care Delivery, Care Operations, and Care Experience. You will work closely with clinical teams to identify key metrics and develop dashboards that provide real-time insights into our operations. Your leadership will empower your team to innovate and improve our analytics capabilities, ensuring that we leverage data to enhance patient care.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that analytics initiatives align with Equip's mission and strategic goals. Your insights will drive the decision-making process, helping to shape the future of our clinical programs.
