Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer communications, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the nuances of the commodities sector and can navigate complex communication challenges with ease. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop effective communication strategies that resonate with customers. You are proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce and have hands-on experience with communication platforms such as HubSpot and Intercom. You thrive in high-pressure situations and can manage multiple communication workstreams simultaneously under tight deadlines. Your data literacy enables you to analyze CRM data to inform your communication strategies effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own all external communication channels directed at Kpler's existing customer base. You will develop and maintain the company's Crisis Communications Playbook, ensuring that it is regularly tested and updated for customer-facing incidents. During a crisis, you will act as the primary communications responder, drafting and deploying transparent and empathetic communications to mitigate any negative impact. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that customers are informed and engaged, particularly during product changes and service disruptions. Your role will also involve analyzing customer feedback and communication effectiveness to continuously improve engagement strategies. You will be responsible for managing the execution of communication campaigns and ensuring that all messaging aligns with Kpler's brand values and objectives.
