Job Description

Who you are

You have 1-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role, ideally within the SMB sector. You excel in relationship-building and have a knack for portfolio management, ensuring that partners thrive on the platform. You understand the importance of retention and are driven to create mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and its partners.

You are a strong communicator, capable of acting as the voice of the customer to internal teams. You can translate partner needs into actionable insights and advocate on their behalf. You are proactive in conceiving, designing, and leading growth initiatives with restaurant partners. You enjoy working cross-functionally with internal teams to drive projects to completion, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead post-deal partner management for a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong partner relationships to achieve measurable outcomes, including revenue growth targets and high retention rates. You will be responsible for upselling new product features and ensuring that partners see the value in their collaboration with Uber.

You will set, track, and report on performance metrics, conducting regular business reviews with partners to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
