What you'll do

As the General Manager, you will be the primary leader for the ADESA auction site, responsible for executing strategies that support financial performance and company initiatives. You will regularly meet with customers and engage in sales visits, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for business growth and implementing effective strategies to capitalize on them. You will lead your team by setting clear expectations and providing the necessary support to help them succeed. You will work closely with the Regional Director to align your site’s goals with the broader objectives of ADESA and Carvana, ensuring that your auction site remains a leader in the industry.
