What you'll do

As a Merchandise Coordinator at SpaceX, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our internal retail space in Hawthorne. This includes overseeing opening and closing procedures, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, and ensuring that transactions are seamless. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the merchandise store, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to support inventory needs and promotional activities. Your responsibilities will also include receiving and inspecting incoming inventory shipments, verifying their accuracy against orders, and reporting any discrepancies. You will monitor sales performance, prepare daily reports, and troubleshoot any minor issues that arise during store operations. Your role is crucial in creating an engaging retail experience that connects employees and visitors to the excitement of space exploration.
