Agoda is seeking an Associate Manager/Manager for their B2B Pricing team to drive pricing strategy and execution. You'll collaborate with various departments to optimize pricing and marketing levers. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in B2B environments.

Who you are

You have a strong background in pricing strategy and execution, ideally within a B2B context. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to translate commercial goals into actionable pricing strategies. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams from Product, Commercial, Finance, and Data Science to drive growth initiatives. You understand the importance of experimentation and data-driven decision-making in optimizing pricing strategies. Your consultative approach enables you to advise on growth across B2B2C channels effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools. You are comfortable working with large datasets and can derive insights that inform pricing decisions. A background in marketing or commercial strategy will enhance your ability to contribute to the team's objectives. You are proactive and enjoy taking ownership of projects, ensuring that pricing strategies align with overall business goals.

What you'll do

As the Manager of B2B Pricing, you will own the pricing strategy for Agoda's B2B initiatives. This involves designing and executing pricing experiments that align with commercial objectives. You will work closely with the commercial organization to ensure that pricing strategies are effectively communicated and implemented across various channels. Your role will require you to analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform your strategies. You will lead cross-functional rollouts, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Additionally, you will be responsible for measuring the impact of pricing changes and iterating on strategies based on performance data.

You will also collaborate with the Data Science team to develop models that predict pricing outcomes and optimize revenue. You will mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development within the B2B Pricing team. Your contributions will directly impact Agoda's growth and profitability in the B2B sector.
