You have 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of managing complex relationships and driving revenue growth. Your strong negotiation skills enable you to navigate complex contracts and deal structures effectively. You possess critical thinking abilities that allow you to analyze market opportunities and develop innovative partnership strategies. Your project management skills are top-notch, ensuring that you can prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. You are a structured and analytical thinker, capable of distilling complex issues into actionable plans. An undergraduate degree is required, and an MBA or management consulting background is preferred.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving Dropbox's strategic partnerships strategy. You will identify new opportunities for partnerships across Dropbox’s current and future product lines, focusing particularly on AI/ML partnerships. You will work closely with the product team to define the future of Dropbox through innovative collaborations. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with key partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that partnership initiatives align with Dropbox's overall business strategy. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to drive major partner initiatives. Your ability to think creatively will be essential as you conceive and execute strategies that enhance user value and generate new revenue streams.
Dropbox offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of CAD 183,600 to CAD 248,400.
