You'll focus on onboarding, customer growth, and delivering exceptional experiences. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is paramount, and you understand the importance of maximizing customer lifetime value. You are proactive in identifying upsell opportunities and promoting product adoption, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their investments. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. You are passionate about customer success and are committed to helping clients achieve their goals through the effective use of KnowBe4's products.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. You are adaptable and open to continuous learning, eager to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success management.
