Cutover is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support client and supplier negotiations and manage legal operations. You'll work closely with the General Counsel and provide legal advice across teams. This role requires strong communication skills and an understanding of technology and data contracts.
You are a recent law graduate or have some experience in a legal role, eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. You possess strong communication skills and can convey complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal teams. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. You have a foundational understanding of technology, data, and intellectual property law, and you are excited to apply this knowledge in a practical setting. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. As a Junior Legal Counsel at Cutover, you will assist in negotiating technology, data, and intellectual property contracts, ensuring that all agreements align with the company's strategic objectives. You will support the General Counsel and Associate Legal Counsel in day-to-day legal operations, including maintaining contract records and managing key deadlines. You will act as a trusted advisor to various teams, providing timely and practical legal advice that enables business operations without hindering progress. You will engage with go-to-market teams, including Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success, to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into business strategies. You will also participate in training sessions to educate teams on legal best practices and compliance requirements. Your role will be crucial in positioning the Legal function as a deal enabler, fostering a culture of collaboration and understanding between legal and business teams.
