What you'll do

As a Junior Legal Counsel at Cutover, you will assist in negotiating technology, data, and intellectual property contracts, ensuring that all agreements align with the company's strategic objectives. You will support the General Counsel and Associate Legal Counsel in day-to-day legal operations, including maintaining contract records and managing key deadlines. You will act as a trusted advisor to various teams, providing timely and practical legal advice that enables business operations without hindering progress. You will engage with go-to-market teams, including Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success, to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into business strategies. You will also participate in training sessions to educate teams on legal best practices and compliance requirements. Your role will be crucial in positioning the Legal function as a deal enabler, fostering a culture of collaboration and understanding between legal and business teams.
