Slice is seeking a Territory Manager to help independent pizzerias thrive by building strong relationships and driving profitability. You'll work closely with local shop owners to introduce them to Slice's Family Membership solutions. This role requires a passion for technology and community engagement.

Who you are

You are someone who loves pizza and technology, and you have a strong desire to help entrepreneurs in your local community. As a Territory Manager at Slice, you will be the face of the company in your area, dedicated to acquiring new pizzerias and expanding relationships with existing partners. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships and are obsessed with helping shop owners maximize their profitability and growth. You have experience in outside sales and are comfortable with a full-cycle sales approach, meeting shop owners where they are and tailoring your solutions to their needs.

You thrive in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You are skilled at identifying the pressing needs of pizzeria owners and introducing them to the right solutions at the right time. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be key to your success in this role. You are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on the local pizza community and are excited about the mission of Slice.

Desirable

Experience in sales within the food service or technology sectors would be a plus, as would familiarity with point-of-sale systems and online ordering solutions. You are adaptable and willing to learn about the unique challenges faced by independent pizzerias. A background in community engagement or local business development would also be beneficial.

What you'll do

As a Territory Manager at Slice, your primary responsibility will be to drive user acquisition and activation among independent pizzerias. You will work closely with shop owners to understand their needs and demonstrate how Slice's Family Membership can benefit their business. This includes introducing them to Slice Register, online ordering, phone ordering, and discounted pizza boxes. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with Slice's mission to support local pizza shops.

You will spend your days meeting with pizzeria owners, conducting presentations, and providing tailored solutions that address their specific challenges. Your role will involve a mix of prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships to ensure that shop owners are fully leveraging the benefits of Slice's offerings. You will also collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback from the field and help shape future product offerings.

In addition to sales activities, you will be expected to track your progress against sales goals and report on key metrics. You will participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy of the sales team. Your success will be measured by your ability to grow the number of pizzerias using Slice's services and the overall profitability of those shops.
