SalesLoft is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager to oversee the execution of product launch processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong organizational skills and a focus on operational excellence.

You possess a strong understanding of product marketing principles and are eager to learn and grow in this field — your ability to analyze market trends and customer insights will help drive impactful marketing strategies. You are comfortable working with data and can translate insights into actionable plans that align with business objectives. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are not afraid to suggest innovative solutions.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of the product launch process — this includes managing timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with business goals. You will be responsible for maintaining the launch tracker and conducting retrospectives to measure the success of each initiative. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that marketing efforts are integrated and effective.
You will also play a key role in operationalizing AI initiatives within the marketing team — this involves working with data to understand customer behavior and preferences, which will inform your marketing strategies. You will be expected to contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with our target audience, leveraging insights from customer feedback and market research.
