Who you are

You have a strong background in product design, with at least 5 years of experience leading design teams and projects. Your expertise in user-centered design principles allows you to create impactful solutions that resonate with users. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers and product leaders to bring innovative ideas to life. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate design concepts and strategies effectively to stakeholders. Your experience with design tools, particularly Figma, equips you to create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that enhance user experiences. You are passionate about leveraging AI to improve customer engagement and drive business success.

Desirable

Experience in enterprise software design is a plus, as is familiarity with sales and marketing technologies. A portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes will strengthen your application. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your design skills and methodologies.

What you'll do

As a Product Design Manager at Microsoft, you will lead the design vision for key products within the Sales and Orchestration Apps group.
