Telligen is hiring a Program Training Specialist to provide Competency-Based Training and technical assistance for Iowa Medicaid LTSS providers. This role requires strong knowledge of state and federal regulations and contract management skills.
You have experience in training and technical assistance, particularly in the context of Medicaid or long-term services and supports. You understand the importance of compliance with state and federal regulations and have a track record of increasing provider staff competencies. Your ability to manage contracts and ensure accountability for metrics and deliverables is a key strength. You are comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, including case managers and service providers, to enhance service provision.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Competency-Based Training (CBT) to Iowa Medicaid LTSS providers. You will provide technical assistance and consultation to ensure compliance with regulations and improve service delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing contracts and ensuring that all project requirements are met. You will work closely with providers to enhance their understanding of the competencies required for effective service provision. Additionally, you will track and report on training outcomes to demonstrate the impact of your work on provider staff competencies.
