You have a solid technical grounding and experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with a background in IT operations or technical support. You understand how to translate technical concepts into business value, making you a trusted advisor for clients. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping customers succeed with their technical solutions.

Desirable

Experience with Datadog products is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud services and IT operations. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and suggesting improvements to enhance their experience. A background in analytics or data-driven decision-making will help you provide valuable insights to clients.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Datadog, you will advise customers on technical support and product adoption, ensuring they maximize the value of Datadog's offerings. You will analyze customers' IT operations environments regularly, providing tailored recommendations that align with their goals and use cases. Your role will involve preparing for and participating in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers, where you will advocate for their needs and suggest process changes or additional features.

Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with Datadog’s product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify new features and products that can benefit your clients. You will continuously evolve best practices for technical product adoption and customer success, ensuring that your clients are not only satisfied but also thriving with Datadog's solutions.
