With at least 3-5 years of experience, you understand the complexities of global trade and are adept at managing client relationships. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively lead discovery calls to uncover customer needs. Your ability to project manage and navigate the intricacies of a global supply chain sets you apart. You are comfortable traveling to meet clients and showcase Flexport's innovative solutions. You thrive in a high-performing team environment and are motivated by the challenge of building a brand in a competitive market.
Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus, as is familiarity with tech-enabled supply chain solutions. A background in business development or account management will enhance your candidacy. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies.
