With at least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, you have a deep understanding of sales strategies and methodologies, particularly MEDDIC. You thrive in a people-first culture and are passionate about mentoring and developing your team to achieve their best performance. Your energy and initiative inspire those around you, and you are committed to building a high-performing sales team that excels in the technology sector.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with both your team and clients. You have a knack for navigating complex negotiations and can confidently represent MongoDB's products and services. Your analytical mindset helps you leverage data to drive sales strategies and improve team performance. You are adaptable and can thrive in a hybrid working model, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work.

Desirable

Experience in the technology industry is a plus, as is familiarity with MongoDB products. You may also have a background in coaching sales teams to success, with a focus on recruitment and retention strategies. Your ability to foster a collaborative environment will be key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As the Senior Regional Director, you will lead the Enterprise Growth sales team, focusing on formulating and executing sales strategies to grow the POD account. You will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and empowering your team to proactively prospect and build a robust sales pipeline. Your leadership will drive revenue growth and ensure the continued success of your territory. You will coach your team to navigate complex negotiations and foster a culture of excellence and integrity.

You will work closely with your peers to share best practices and learn from each other, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. Your role will involve regular performance assessments and providing mentorship to help your team members grow in their careers. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
