What you'll do

As the Europe People Operations Principal, you will lead the European People Operations Team, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery across France, Germany, Italy, and Luxembourg. You will design and implement the HR infrastructure necessary for launching new legal entities, which includes operational setup, policies, employment frameworks, and legal documentation. You will provide strategic input on compensation strategies and coordinate the implementation of competitive benefits packages. Your role will involve owning and driving initiatives that elevate the employee experience at both the European and company levels. You will standardize and optimize HR processes to ensure they are scalable and effective, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
