What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the product strategy for Samsara's Video-Based Safety solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features that enhance safety in physical operations. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features, participating in sprint planning and reviews to maintain alignment with project goals. You will analyze product performance metrics to inform future iterations and enhancements, leveraging data to drive decision-making. You will engage with customers to gather feedback and validate product concepts, ensuring that the solutions you develop meet their needs effectively. You will also stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, using this knowledge to position Samsara's products strategically in the market. Your role will involve mentoring junior product managers and contributing to the overall product management process within the organization.
