Handshake is seeking Rehabilitation Counselors to contribute to an AI research project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide structured feedback. No AI experience is required, and the role is flexible and remote.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in rehabilitation counseling or a related field. Your background includes maintaining detailed client records and developing tailored rehabilitation plans based on clients' abilities and goals. You are comfortable collaborating with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to deliver clear and structured feedback that enhances AI models' understanding of workplace tasks and language. You are adaptable and open to learning new skills, especially in the context of AI applications in your field. You are interested in contributing to innovative projects that leverage your expertise to improve AI technologies.
In this role, you will evaluate AI models based on your professional experience, providing insights that help refine their understanding of rehabilitation tasks. You will develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect your field, ensuring that the AI can generate relevant and useful responses. Your work will be independent and asynchronous, allowing you to manage your hours flexibly, typically averaging between 5 to 20 hours per week.
