Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to handle various tasks such as heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair. Your expertise in large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, showcases your skill set in the automotive repair field. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English, ensuring effective communication in the workplace.

What you'll do

As an Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on multiple automotive panels, ensuring that each vehicle meets the high standards of quality that Carvana is known for. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner, contributing to the overall success of the team.
