Overview

HubSpot is hiring an Account Executive for Small Business to drive outbound sales strategies and help clients grow using HubSpot software. You'll focus on lead generation and online demos, primarily targeting small and mid-sized businesses in the Nordics.

Who you are

You have experience in sales, particularly in outbound strategies, and are comfortable engaging with small and mid-sized businesses. You understand the challenges these businesses face and are adept at identifying the best solutions to help them grow. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing and technology teams to refine sales strategies as new features and products are introduced. You are results-driven, consistently closing new business at or above quota levels, and you enjoy nurturing relationships with highly qualified opportunities.

Desirable

Experience with HubSpot software is a plus, as is familiarity with the Nordics market. You may also have a background in sales within the tech industry, which would enhance your ability to connect with potential clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through outbound selling strategies, focusing on small and mid-sized businesses in the Nordics. You will conduct online demos of HubSpot software, showcasing its value proposition to potential clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve researching prospects, creating outreach strategies, and nurturing relationships with leads to convert them into customers. You will collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies as new features and products are launched. Additionally, you will be expected to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
