Filigran is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support. You'll work closely with various teams to resolve issues and improve product understanding. This role is remote and based in Europe.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer support, ideally within the tech or cybersecurity sector. You excel in communication and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that users feel confident and supported in their use of technology. Your experience allows you to manage technical support tickets efficiently, prioritizing tasks to maintain fast resolution times. You are comfortable using various communication channels, including real-time assistance via platforms like Slack, to provide immediate support to customers. You understand the importance of collaboration, working closely with Customer Success Managers and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience. You are adaptable and can thrive in a remote work environment, managing your time effectively to meet customer needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of customer support tasks, ensuring users receive the help they need promptly. You will manage and prioritize technical support tickets through our ticketing system, escalating issues as necessary to maintain quick resolution times. Your responsibilities will include delivering timely support across multiple channels, ensuring a smooth experience for every customer. You will provide real-time assistance via Slack, helping key customers troubleshoot issues and offering best practices for product usage. Additionally, you will support onboarding efforts in collaboration with Customer Success Managers, occasionally joining customer meetings to provide guidance and support. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and product improvement, making you a vital part of our team.
