What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational logistics of the kitchen, production, and fulfillment center. You will work closely with the VP of Fulfillment to develop and implement the operational roadmap for the facility, ensuring that all processes align with the company's goals. You will lead a team of over 700 employees, mentoring the leadership team and fostering a culture of collaboration and trust. Your focus will be on delighting customers by maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation while optimizing operational efficiency. You will also be tasked with addressing day-to-day operational challenges and developing effective relationships with supply chain peers to enhance overall performance.
