Cobalt.io is hiring a Growth Operations Manager to optimize marketing and sales processes. You'll work with HubSpot, Salesforce, and conduct data analysis to inform strategic decisions. This role requires experience in marketing operations and data management.
You have a strong background in marketing operations, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You are proficient in using HubSpot and Salesforce, understanding how to leverage these tools to maximize the effectiveness of marketing and business development teams. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to conduct complex data analysis that informs strategic decisions across the organization. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for maintaining data integrity, ensuring that the information used for decision-making is accurate and reliable. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with team managers and colleagues to streamline processes and workflows. You are passionate about driving operational excellence and are always looking for ways to optimize existing processes.
Experience with additional marketing tools and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with lead generation best practices. You have a proactive mindset and are comfortable working in a fully remote setting, adapting to the needs of a dynamic team. You are open to learning and growing within the role, eager to take on new challenges as they arise.
As the Growth Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in the Revenue Operations team, ensuring that our marketing and business development resources are utilized to their fullest potential. You will maintain and optimize our use of HubSpot and Salesforce, creating scalable processes that align with best practices in lead generation and database management. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth data analysis to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that operational processes are efficient and effective.
