You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in SaaS environments — you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and built strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your self-motivation and ambition drive you to exceed targets and contribute to team success. You are passionate about sales innovation and understand the importance of data-driven decision-making in achieving results.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of solutions effectively to diverse audiences — you can engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding. Your ability to evangelize new technologies and methodologies sets you apart as a leader in the sales field.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences — your ability to partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams enhances your effectiveness in driving sales. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking to improve your approach and strategies.

Desirable

Experience in AI-driven sales solutions or predictive revenue systems would be a significant advantage — you understand how these technologies can transform sales processes and outcomes. What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Director at SalesLoft, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base — you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to engage potential clients. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their unique challenges, and positioning our solutions as the answer to their needs.

You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that resonate with prospective clients — your ability to articulate the value of our offerings will be crucial in securing new contracts. You will also be responsible for negotiating terms and closing deals, ensuring that both the company and the client achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

SalesLoft offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and performance bonuses — your total compensation will reflect your skills and experience, with a range between $102,000 and $190,000 USD.
