In your role as an Associate Account Manager, you will partner closely with Commercial customers to ensure they receive an excellent experience through timely and accurate communications. You will maintain a deep understanding of the product, discussing relevant features and functionalities with customers to meet their specific requirements. Collaborating with Commercial Account Managers, you will help prioritize accounts to maximize revenue opportunities. You will run playbooks and track results based on defined KPIs, focusing on user adoption, customer retention, and upsells. Your role will also involve driving customer satisfaction and retention by providing knowledgeable advice based on their desired outcomes. As the voice of the customer, you will provide internal feedback on how to better serve customers and refine segmentation for the Scaled book.
