Overview

Hootsuite is seeking a Demand Generation Strategist to lead the implementation of marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth. You'll collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams and utilize data analytics to optimize performance. This role is open to remote applicants in Canada and the USA.

Who you are

You have a strong background in demand generation with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, where you've successfully driven lead generation strategies and revenue growth. Your analytical skills are top-notch — you are comfortable working with data to track performance, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing Leadership, and other teams to ensure seamless execution across the marketing funnel. You are proactive in testing and recommending new channels to expand reach and pipeline velocity, demonstrating a keen understanding of the enterprise segment.

Desirable

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus, as is familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns aimed at generating enterprise demos and leads. A background in B2B marketing, particularly within the tech industry, will help you excel in this role. You are also adept at conducting market research to identify new opportunities and channels for growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that target enterprise clients. You will lead enterprise outbound sprints aimed at generating demos and accelerating MQL-to-opportunity conversion. Your collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams will be crucial to ensure coordinated execution and clear handoffs across the funnel. You will monitor enterprise performance by analyzing key metrics and pulling data from multiple systems, summarizing your findings to highlight trends and support ongoing campaign adjustments. As a market and channel evangelist, you will conduct market research to identify new opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance our outreach efforts.
