Desirable

Experience in the autonomous vehicle industry or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in software quality operations or similar domains will also be beneficial.

What you'll do

As the Vendor Data Analytics & KPI Lead, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end operational planning lifecycle. This includes designing automated, scalable systems for demand forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement standardized metrics and dashboards that drive insights and support the growth of Waymo's autonomous vehicle service. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that the Software Quality Operations team can scale safely and efficiently. You will also be tasked with developing strategies to enhance the quality and reliability of the Waymo Driver, contributing to the overall mission of the company.
