Who you are
You have experience in HR operations and are passionate about creating a positive employee experience. You understand the importance of onboarding, offboarding, and managing employee inquiries with accuracy and care. You are proactive in identifying areas for process improvement and enjoy problem-solving to enhance operational efficiency. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with team members across different regions. You are detail-oriented and can handle sensitive information with discretion. You thrive in a virtual-first environment and are comfortable working independently while being part of a larger team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the first line of support for the People Team, primarily assisting North America employees while also supporting the Philippines team as needed. You will manage a wide range of employee requests, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employment verifications. You will be responsible for executing Workday transactions and triaging tickets and inquiries. Your role will involve driving proactive problem-solving and process improvements to streamline People Ops processes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that employee needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will also contribute to building a world-class virtual-first company culture by supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
