You'll manage strategic design and construction projects, ensuring operational readiness and an exceptional workplace experience. This role requires extensive experience in program management.
You are a highly experienced Corporate Real Estate Program Manager with a proven track record in leading the planning, design, and delivery of campus projects. With over 5 years of experience, you have successfully managed multiple real estate projects, ensuring alignment with program budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations. Your expertise in managing program financials, including funding requests and budget adherence, sets you apart in the field. You thrive in collaborative environments, leading high-performance project teams and fostering accountability among team members.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to work closely with cross-functional global teams and business unit stakeholders. Your ability to drive outcomes through KPIs and SLAs with outsourced real estate and project management is a testament to your strategic mindset. Experience with large interior fit-outs and core-and-shell developments is a plus. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of multiple real estate projects across the US, Canada, and LATAM. You will manage program financials meticulously, including budget adherence and cash flow management, to ensure successful project delivery.
You will work closely with the Global Design & Construction Lead, reporting on project progress and outcomes. Your role will involve direct interaction with various stakeholders, ensuring that their expectations are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for establishing KPIs and SLAs with outsourced partners, ensuring that all parties are aligned and working towards common goals.
