What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of multiple real estate projects across the US, Canada, and LATAM. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects align with program objectives and financial goals. Your leadership will inspire project teams to collaborate effectively, driving accountability and high performance. You will manage program financials meticulously, including budget adherence and cash flow management, to ensure successful project delivery.

You will work closely with the Global Design & Construction Lead, reporting on project progress and outcomes. Your role will involve direct interaction with various stakeholders, ensuring that their expectations are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for establishing KPIs and SLAs with outsourced partners, ensuring that all parties are aligned and working towards common goals.
